FINANCIAL PLAN

This business plan is a high level overview of about what the company does, who it targets and how much profit the company will make. The financial model shows how much profit the company will make and how that profit will be divided up among owners. The market analysis describes how many customers this product or service is capable of reaching and how long it might take them to convert from one product/service or another.

The SWOT analysis is a core part of every business plan in my opinion because it gives you a solid foundation for everything else that comes later on. If you fail to understand these three components properly, then everything else you do will be for naught and if you put so much time into your business plan that these components are neglected then your time and effort will go to waste.'

The financial plan is a detailed analysis of a business, its prospects and the resources it will require to operate. The plan includes forecasts and financial projections that are consistent with the business's goals and objectives. It also includes cost estimates and forecasts for expenditures on equipment, personnel and supplies. Efficient management of these assets will enable the business to effectively pursue its objectives and generate projected profits or remain stable in its operations.
